Pierwszy sklep w Polsce otworzyliśmy w 2018 roku w Swarzędzu pod Poznaniem, a dziś nasza sieć liczy już ponad 340 sklepów w całym kraju.

About us

We opened our first store in Poland in February 2018 in Swarzędz near Poznań. There has never been a store like this before! Dealz stores in Poland offer customers a wide range of food products, household goods, drugstore items, and cosmetics from well-known brands — all at great prices, always.

Job description
  • Supporting preparation and configuration of IT equipment (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) according to company standards
  • Assisting with installation and basic configuration of Windows operating systems
  • Helping with installation and setup of business applications (Microsoft 365, VPN clients, antivirus software, internal tools)
  • Supporting user account setup and basic system access configuration
  • Assisting in resolving simple IT incidents and service requests under supervision
  • Escalating more complex issues to experienced team members when needed
  • Supporting office and retail environments (POS systems, IT equipment, basic connectivity issues)
  • Helping with data migration between devices and ensuring data availability
  • Performing basic checks and tests of configured devices before handover to users
  • Assisting in maintaining accurate documentation in ticketing systems and asset registers
  • Supporting logistics of IT equipment (packaging, shipment coordination, communication with courier services)
Requirements
  • Shift-based work (including weekends)
  • On-site work (office-based) with occasional flexibility
  • During studies or just graduated (preferably in IT or related field)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
  • Interest in IT support and willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripherals
  • Good communication skills and positive, user-oriented attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a structured environment
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • English proficiency (min. B1)

NICE TO HAVE

  • First experience in IT support, helpdesk, or customer service
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts
  • Interest in IT service management (ITIL)
