Opis stanowiska

• Administering and optimizing the Microsoft Azure environment (VMs, Storage, App Services, Backup/Dr) 
• Managing the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Entra ID (Identity Management, Conditional Access) and Exchange Online 
• Overseeing endpoint management using Microsoft Intune (Autopilot, configuration profiles, compliance policies) for Windows and mobile devices 
• Leading cloud and endpoint security operations using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Cloud, including monitoring and response to security alerts 
• Managing patching processes and system updates across server and endpoint environments 
• Acting as a 3rd line (L3) escalation point for complex cloud and system issues and mentoring the Junior Infrastructure Specialist 
• Providing operational backup for network-related tasks (basic firewall troubleshooting, connectivity diagnostics) 
• Automating routine administrative tasks using PowerShell or Logic Apps 

Wymagania

• Minimum 5 years of experience in System/Cloud Administration 
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS/PaaS) and Microsoft 365 environments 
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) and Entra ID (Azure AD) 
• Strong focus on Security (Defender ecosystem, Vulnerability Management) 
• Intermediate-level knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, basic firewall concepts) 
• English proficiency (min. B2) 
• Analytical mindset and high attention to detail 
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of critical systems 

NICE TO HAVE 

• Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MS-500 or similar) 
• Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Logic Apps) 
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, Terraform) 
• Cisco or Fortinet certifications 
• Experience working in multi-site or retail environments
