Opis stanowiska

Providing L2 infrastructure support by resolving incidents related to network connectivity (VPN, Wi-Fi) and Azure / Microsoft 365 services
Monitoring infrastructure health using dashboards and tools (FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, Azure Monitor) and taking initial corrective actions
Performing standard operational and maintenance tasks such as VLAN changes, virtual machine adjustments, and endpoint policy updates under Senior supervision
Maintaining and updating technical documentation, topology maps, and asset inventories
Supporting infrastructure and deployment projects (e.g. preparing devices for new locations, rolling out security updates)
Coordinating with external vendors and service providers (ISPs, Microsoft, Fortinet), including ticket tracking and follow-up

Wymagania

Technical education (IT-related degree preferred) or 1–2 years of experience in an IT Administration, NOC, or similar role
Solid conceptual knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Routing, Wireless) and Cloud computing models (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS)
Experience with Entra ID / Intune, beyond basic user administration (L1) to understanding Identity Security, Conditional Access policies, and MFA troubleshooting
Basic familiarity with network command-line interfaces (Cisco/Fortinet) or PowerShell scripting
Analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot issues rather than follow predefined scripts
Communicative English level (minimum B2)
Accuracy and diligence in performing technical tasks
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn from senior experts
