About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Network Manager to join our international team in Poznań. This senior leadership position involves managing critical infrastructure across our extensive retail network of 350+ stores, head office operations, and supplier connectivity, while driving our cloud transformation strategy.
As our Infrastructure Network Manager, you will balance strategic oversight of both store connectivity operations and central cloud platforms, ensuring seamless technology delivery across our entire ecosystem.
What You'll Achieve
Strategic Leadership: Drive infrastructure roadmap aligned with retail expansion strategy, making key architectural decisions for both store networks and cloud platforms.
Operational Excellence: Lead a team of 2-3 specialists while ensuring 99.9%+ uptime across 350+ store locations, head office, and supplier connections. Coordinate with suppliers for field operations and manage SLA compliance.
Dual Infrastructure Focus: Architect and maintain both distributed store networking solutions and centralized cloud operations, balancing edge connectivity with core platform stability.
Security & Continuity: Temporarily oversee infrastructure security operations and design comprehensive disaster recovery plans for both store and cloud environments.
Your Scope of Responsibility
•Multi-site Connectivity: Manage network infrastructure across 350+ retail locations, ensuring consistent performance and security standards
•Edge Technology: Oversee store switches, routers, access points, and connectivity solutions supporting POS, payment terminals, and back-office systems
•Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers who handle on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting across store locations
• Cloud Platform Management: Lead Azure environments, Entra ID implementations, and Microsoft 365 integrations
• Core Infrastructure: Manage centralized systems supporting head office operations and store connectivity
• Supplier Integration: Ensure robust connectivity and data exchange with key suppliers and partners
• Technology Roadmap: Develop infrastructure strategy balancing store-level needs with central platform evolution
• Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with network, cloud, and infrastructure providers
• Incident Response: Serve as escalation point for critical issues affecting stores, head office, or supplier connectivity
Wymagania
What We're Looking For:
• 5+ years in infrastructure and network management with progression to senior roles
• Multi-site Experience: Proven track record managing complex distributed environments (retail, logistics, or similar)
• Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments
• Network Technologies: Deep understanding of SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls, DNS, and store connectivity solutions
• Team Leadership: Experience leading technical teams and managing vendor relationships
• Security Operations: Background in infrastructure and network security best practices
• Strategic Vision: Ability to balance immediate operational needs with long-term infrastructure evolution
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to resolve complex issues across distributed environments
• Scalability Mindset: Experience managing infrastructure at enterprise scale
